Abstract Based on the comparative analysis of commerce and environment between the developed and developing countries, the article shows that the green commercial bulwark is the main measures of environmental protection when the developed countries conduct international trades. The trade-environmental protection of the developed countries have brought out many environmental issues, while the developing countries have met with many inequalities of experience. The developing countries should take some positive countermeasures to assort with trade and environmental issues.
